153 x 126 cm
This piece was woven by a woman of the Ersari Turkmen tribe, on the last quarter of the Nineteen Century
or may be older.
Ensi pile rugs used to cover the entrance to the tent (as a woven door).
This rug bears a ‘primitive design’ and very beautiful colors, specially a brilliant
green-blue.
Evident sings of use, old repairs, wear.
Still an very antique and charming rug.
Rug Nº: 043
